Love the hat! Took a little longer on delivery.
Took a little longer than I thought to ship out, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the monogramming on this cool, distressed hat. Fits great! Will definitely order from Jane again!

This product was to have shipped by Feb. 11, 2017. A tracking label was created by that date, but the product was never shipped. After contacting the seller, I received an excuse of "busy" and the items would ship out that week. Still no shipping information besides a tracking label having been created. I've requested a full refund.
I was so excited when I got my camo distressed hat! It fit great and is super cute. I have it one right now :)

Should have shipped 2/11 per original listing, on 2/15 I contacted seller because a tracking number was created on 2/11 but USPS showed no package movement, seller said it would ship that day, as of 2/21 the hat still hadn't left Utah.. 2 more emails since 2/15 and no response. Absolutely horrible customer service, read these reviews and don't buy anything from this seller. A history of poor customer service, not typical of Jane sellers.

My order arrived incomplete and I tried twice to contact Exempt Promotions and they never replied or acknowledge my email. I just want what I paid for!
