I ordered this shirt almost a month ago and still haven't received it. Like what is going on? I understand things happen and mail gets held up but I can't even get info on it as far as tracking goes without having to pay to track it??? I'm really upset

I love the hat and design but I don't like how you can't make it tighter. It doesn't fit my head properly.
