I have not received my item yet. It was shipped over a week ago, according to my email. I am sure I will love it when I get it.

Took a little longer than I thought to ship out, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the monogramming on this cool, distressed hat. Fits great! Will definitely order from Jane again!

I ordered the 3 hats 1/26 -- order stated these would be ready around 2/11 - received delivery email 2/13 checked tracking number and it hasn't left to be delivered today is 2/20 no hats and two emails sent with no response

Super cute, I love this hat! It took awhile to be embroidered but it was worth it.

I have not received my order, and the link to track it says a shipping label has been created but appears to not be picked up by the postal service. I have attempted to contact Jane.com with three emails as to what step to take next, and I haven't received a response. I would love to hear back from website and/or receive my hat, so that I may leave a more accurate review to the item. I just haven't received it yet :(

Finally received it. Took a lot longer that stated and had to contact seller twice. The hat is great though. Very cute.
