The delivery time was WAY off what was posted. A shipping label was created long before it was sent. I tried to contact the seller via email and got no response. I like the hat, but not worth the enormous lack of customer service. Very disappointing.

Took a while to ship but it was worth the wait! Fits true to size and so comfy! Monogram looks great too

Cute but runs small

Took a little longer to get here than expected. Was disappointed that I had to contact someone to get it shipped BUT I do love the hat. It's great quality & turned out perfect. Again my only complaint is not getting it in a timely manner. I feel the only reason I got it when I did is that I made a complaint which is why I only gave 3 stars.
