Hat feels super cheaply made Box-ey material on top

The initials were done incorrectly ELb WITH the B on hat as smaller that is not correct doesn't look right disappointing was a Birthday present for my mother.

Most of the hats sold in the area in support of our local team are super masculine. Love this hat! Let’s me root for the home team in style!! Much more feminine than my normal options.
