Great quality hat, very well made. Worth the buy. Embroidery looks great and neatly done. Once broken in, it will be perfect.

Ordered on 07/28. Item "ships by 08/13". Still "processing" as of 08/21.
I ordered this on 7/28 and it was supposed to ship 8/13. I have yet to receive my order and it says “still processing”. I’ve contacted the seller twice with no response.
Still have not received, Or apparently even shipped. I have 2 others of these hats and I love them and get compliments any time I wear them, but this order was made nearly a month ago and said would have been shipped by Aug. 13th, yet here I am Aug. 23rd and it still says my order is "processing". I've emailed the seller, not response. Hate that this has happened as it is a personal favorite as gifts for friends and family. I'm going to see if it ships within the next few days, otherwise I'll be canceling my order and looking for a new seller of monogrammed hats.
I purchased over a month ago and have not received my item. It was supposed to have shipped a few weeks ago. I contacted seller but have not heard back.

The hat itself was ok but it took forever to receive... Showed expected ship date, but it did not ship until weeks later. Actually forgot I had ordered it until Jane asked me to review it.
Never received an item. Contacted seller, and I didn’t receive a response. According to these reviews, it seems to be a problem.
