I ordered this hat over a month ago and I still have not received it. I tried contacting the seller but they never replied. I contacted Jane.com and they gave me a refund. After getting the refund the seller finally contacted me and said I should have gotten the hat weeks ago....but when she checked it had never left their packing facility :( I loved this hat and was looking forward to wearing it but I guess that's not going to happen!

Cute & Comfortable---great fit!

I bought a large so that it would be slightly bigger, but it was more of an xl on me- which is a problem I would prefer over being too small! Very cute, and so soft!

My first purchase didn't ship by the date it was supposed to. I contacted the seller and after several emails back and forth she explained "I located your shirt... (and a couple others that apparently did not go out in the shipment last week)... They will be in the mail today! Sorry for the delay!". When I finally received the shirt, there was a large hole under the armpit area. I messaged the seller asking for a new shirt. I finally heard back and she sent me the new tracking info for a new shirt last Thursday, but needless to say it's still in it's pre-shipment phase....here we go again! Very disappointed and will be contacting PayPal!

We, 10 moms, bought these as team t-shirts for our daughters' soccer team. Our girls chose the llama as their team mascot so needless to say we were all pretty happy when we found these. We were so surprised at how QUICKLY we received these (a little over a week). Most of the reviews said these ran a little big, however, the 10 of us agree that they seem true to size, maybe a little long. Thank you for offering these awesome shirts!!
