Ordered this item in September and have not received my order (It’s now November). Emails not answered. Will never order from this company again! I frequently order from Jane and have never had a problem. This is the worst company! Buyer beware.

I ordered a hat over a month ago, I still have not received it. I emailed the seller and got no response in reference to my order. I will not purchase from this seller again.

I waited for over a month for this item to ship. I received it and it looks and feels great.

I would like to be able to review this item but I have yet to receive it. I ordered it on October 2nd and it said it was shipped on October 23rd. It is now Nov 2nd and nothing. But of course I was charged immediately. Hopefully I'll get them soon. This is my first time ordering from Jane. Wasn't aware that it took over a month to receive items.

I loved it!

The quality of this sweatshirt is very soft and comfortable. I ordered a M and it's a lot bigger than I wanted but decided to keep it anyway due to the length of time it took to receive it! The sellers were very prompt on taking my payment but after 3 .5 weeks of seeing an order processing I emailed them concerned about my Oder. They sent an email back saying it would be in the mails soon and it was delivered soon after. I was not happy about thatnat all. You may want to order a size smaller than you would wear and think twice about how fast you want it!

22 days...and counting. Took my money, but no updates or other information provided. 2 thumbs down.

This is probably the softest hoodie I have ever owned. It is not a heavy weight material, but it is super soft and kept me warm (I am perpetually cold). I found it to run a little large, but that makes it perfect for putting layers underneath.

This is for a gift! I ordered an XL thinkin they may run on the small side and it turns out it runs very large! Happy over all with quality
