Terrible! I did not receive the hat I ordered. Seller would not respond to my emails or Jane Support emails. I had to go through support to cancel and get a refund. DO NOT order from this person! I finally received my order. I am happy with the cap. The only reason I gave her a bad review was because the cap took forever to ship and she would not respond to my email or Jane supports email.
I have still not received this item. It has been almost a month now. I have emailed twice and no one will assist me. Do not recommend ordering.
I still haven’t received my monogrammed caps. I leave for a girls trip in less than a week and was hoping to surprise my friends. They were supposed to be shipped on May 16. I sure hope they come in soon.
Ordered these hats 4/30/2018, contacted Lemon Mintee 5/16 for delivery status and received a response immediately. The hats were stuck at the post office so they would get back to me Monday. A week later and still no response. Customer service is lacking.
I ordered 6 of these caps to give as graduation gifts and they have not been received. When I contacted the company last week, the owner said that she would check on my order but I have not heard from her in 6 days. I have had to get the Jane resolution team involved, and Lemon Mintee has not responded to their inquiries either. Very disappointing
Can’t review because I still don’t have it. What’s worse is the company does not respond to emails either. Terrible customer service.

I contacted the seller and Jane contacted them as well and I never received a response. Product is nice but terrible customer service.
I ordered a hat. It never shipped and the seller never returned my inquiry nor the inquiry from Jane's customer service. I was refunded my order.
