I love it! Cap is made of good material, durable, comfy. Only complaint is weird stitching on the monogram where it is thicker. It’s not obvious, and I’d definitely purchase from this vendor again

The hat fits nicely and is really cute, however, I’m giving 3 stars because my item didn’t ship until 6 days after the expected ship date and I got no response to my emails regarding the status. People underestimate how important good customer service is in addition to having nice products. An acknowledgment of my email and concerns would have prompted me to give 5 stars.
