I ordered this item on January 16th and after 2 emails (I never received a response from the first one), it was finally shipped on February 8th. Unacceptable, especially for an item bought specifically for a holiday (Valentine's Day).
Took awhile to get this in but it was worth the wait. I absolutely love love love it!!!!

Ordered a cap, monogram extremely off center. Notified seller and asked for a new cap as I really wanted one. Sent photos as requested of the cap with the poorly done monogram but haven't received any further communication after emailing them twice again. Poor communication and seller doesn't seem willing to make it right.
The quality is Great. Looks just as Pictured. Shipping a little slow. the shop owner was very nice and assuring me that the hat would get to me in a timely manner and it did. Thanks so much!!!

The shirt never did ship on time. I contacted the shop 3 times before contacting Jane.com. I ended up getting a refund for the shirt.
It took over a month to ship. I ordered charcoal color with red design, the writing is not very bright it kind of fades into the charcoal color. Also the sizing is bigger, I ordered small but it’s more medium. I was hoping for slim fit, but it fits baggy.
