The quality of the hat is fine. The customer service is HORRIBLE! My item was guaranteed to be shipped by August 19th. I finally received my hat on August 28th. Thankfully the hat was for me personally and not a gift because there is no way I would have received it. I will defiantly pay better attention to the reviews in the future.
