Haven't received it. Emailed 3 times because was never shipped and never heard back. Jane emailed them and then was finally shipped 2 days later.

So soft and fits so well. It is my new favorite shirt!!

They seller has printed shipping label but has never shipped shirt. After a couple of emails with not reply, I have requested a refund. Very Poor Customer Service!!

I ordered the Royal Tee and the pocket color was not what it is shown as in the photos. I have sent 3 emails with no response. Contacted Jane.com and they responded quickly. Just waiting to hear from seller and if no response, they will take appropriate action. Will never buy from this seller again after seeing so many other reviews of poor customer service and not responding to customers.

Won't order from this seller again! *Still no response..Now Dec 7, emailed again, no response. Jane has tried to contact them as well. Wish I could give ZERO stars!! ☹️ * Now after Christmas. Now many emails from myself and Jane.com without response, Jane.com issued me a refund. Very disappointed was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
