Great quality and excellent monogramming.

The actual product is great. No complaints on quality, stitching or fit. I'd give the actual product 5 stars. But buyer beware on shipping times. Seller indicated in writing thats the order would ship no later than 11/20. On 11/21 a shipping label was created. 2 weeks later, it still showed that the label was created but no activity on the actual shipment of the product. Attempts to reach the seller went unanswered. It was only after I contacted Jane, that the order finally shipped. Jane requested that the seller reimburse my shipping charge. That didn't happen. It's actually sad because I'd love to have a couple more of the cozy fleece pullovers. I'd give the actual vendor 0 stars based on being non-responsive, missing the ship date by almost 3 weeks and not doing what Jane asked them to do (refund my shipping).

The hat is really cute but I had wanted the teal color thread and got gray on gray😞
