I found this on Jane and needed it before our recital two weeks away... I reached out to see if I would get it in time - Jen replied the next day and said she would get it out immediately so we would have it! She also spent the day emailing/ texting me to get my order just right. Not only did she go above and beyond in that way - she made our tie and it was shipped the next day! We received it already and LOVE it! My daughter is thrilled she and her Dad are on the tie and to make it even more special he will be wearing it when they do their Daddy/ Daughter dance at our upcoming recital! She also made two more for two other Dad's in our group and plan to order again from here! Such a special gift - but her attention to detail and the customer service is what I really appreciate! Don't hesitate to order - you won't regret it!

Great craft but ended up not being what I needed for my little guy. It's ribbon with vinyl personalization and no break away clasp in the back. Just not the quality I would have liked. But I love the ingenuity and the personalized affect.
