Received the wrong item. Emailed the supplier and have heard nothing back. I had previously been in contact with the supplier to make sure it would arrive before I needed it on the 12th. Now in left to find a last minute ornament for an exchange this weekend.

So cute! The image on the ornament looks just like the photos. The image is on the diagonal, not straight up and down. It's really cute this way, though.

I received the wrong product and they will not respond to get the correct product or refund my money.

I love this ornament! The painted picture of my dog is so realistic, and it makes me so happy! I did email about the ornament having some scratches and didn’t hear back, so that was a little disappointing, but overall, great product!!

This is the most beautiful depiction I could imagine of our almost 16-year old Ginger! The colors are brilliant, and it looks exactly like her. I cannot wait to surprise my mother with this early Christmas gift. We will treasure it for years to come. Thank you!

The product description leads the buyer to believe a personal photo will be used to make the ornament. The dog printed on my ornamenwas not a replica of the photo and wasn't the right breed. Seller did not respond to my request for refund.

Shipping was slow... but, I ordered this as a ‘back-up’ of our recently passed beloved pet.... I paid a fortune for a ‘custom painted’ ornament of him.... and this one is so much better- thinking of going ahead and getting them for our other animals now so they all match. You cannot beat this price and because it is an actual picture, it looks exactly like your pet. However, they did forget to put his name on it, so that’s disappointing- but not a deal breaker... and his head is really tiny on the ball, not at all as pictured. Again, for the price (and trust me, I have shopped around) this is great.
