Almost no serum in mini tube. Waste of money

Never received. I did request a refund and received that pretty quick though.

I really don’t understand why I never received this product. I ordered the serum and the mascara. I sent an email to Face and Body Shoppe 6 weeks after initial order asking why I had not received both of the products I ordered. Within 24 hours I received notification through the app that I had been refunded for both items with no explanation. Not very good customer service.

There is no plastic seal. I doubt this is the real product. Been using it for 4 years now and it always come with a safety seal. No wonder it was so cheap!

Id give 0 if i could. I spent over $100 & my eye lashes are falling out, horribly!!!

I ordered this product two weeks ago and still haven’t received it.

2 stars because when I purchased it didn’t say anywhere is was a “mini” not regular size. But, side note, it is still a good price for 1 ml. Just wish seller was more transparent on here. I would have still bought it and not had the shock when it came sample size. I have used babe lash before. It works great.

Way small packages.

Great price. If you like this product, order here. It did work; I’m just not thrilled about my strangely long eyelashes. It makes them look unnatural. It does nothing for thickness, so I ended up with thin but long lashes.
