I was sent the wrong brush and contacted the seller but no response.
I never received my item and they won't refund my money
Ordered product dec 16th...today is December 31st Never responded to e mail when I asked if they had any information about my product and when it would arrive Never received product Will be reaching out to Jane customer support about getting a refund
Package opened, brush out of package. Scratch on the back. Looked used
Not authentic - while it looks like a Wet brush, it does not act like one.
Arrived with dented box.
My granddaughter liked it because it had Frozen characters on it but its not something I would purchase again.
Not quite as vibrant as expected but my 3 year old still loves it.
Works wonders for my girls! Would recommend!
The paint on the brush was pretty chipped when I got it. Made it seem like the quality was cheap. Fast shipping !
