The powders exploded inside the packaging, which wasn’t protective at all. I contacted the company and have had no response to my email about receiving damaged products.

The towel is amazing and super soft. I actually like it better than my actual name brand turbie-twist. It’s so soft and it doesn’t make my hair frizzy and wet brushes are ALWAYS a life saver when you have tangles. This one is amazing.
