fast shipping and great product

It's been 3 weeks and I still have not received this order. My tracking hasn't given me an estimated delivery date either. Update: I finally received my order. I followed all the instructions and ended up getting wax stuck on my face. The after was stuff didn't get it off like it's supposed to and I had to use olive oil. The wax burned my face because it took forever to get off (not because it was too hot). This was the worst purchase ever.

Iv sent several emails and still haven't received a reply or my product. I had only received one bottle of the hair crack and ordered 2.

Love this! The only thing is I have really thick hair and there is not enough to last in the tube.

It looks nothing like what’s shown in the picture. Does not come in the cute container and only comes with 2 scrunchies.

DON'T ORDER! I ordered this over a month ago and it was supposed to have been mailed on April 7th and it still hasn't shipped. I have emailed the company and have not had a reply from them.

I ordered from this company mid June. I have not received my order. I have sent an email asking the company about my order and they still have not responded to me. I would think twice before ordering from them.

Never received the item, and never got an email back from the seller after more than a week. EDIT: finally got the item, still haven't heard from the seller though. It came with a little bonus cuticle oil. Both are good quality.

Works great and I like the herbal smell of this product. The bottle is a bit hard to use since it sits at an angle.
