My product never arrived, despite the tracking number claiming to have delivered it into our locked mailbox. I reached out to the company who told me to take it up with the mail. Not ok!

The first step in finding a package marked as delivered is to engage in conversation with the post office, as they are the only ones who have the information that we need to figure out what is going on. Original packaging was damaged, not all items listed on box included, product sticks to skin causing irritation
Hi Rachael! We do admit this is a tricky procedure to get a hang of! It took me near three tries to achieve the results I was looking for - definitely a learners curve. Luckily there is a good amount of product in this kit and should last over many many applications, at which point I'm sure you'll be an expert! I ordered the package with black red and light pink.... came in with gold sparkles. White and pink. Package was smashed in horrible shape. Item description is not what was received. Do not recommend!
This product did not come with the other supplies needed. I had to order another item from another place just to be able to use this. The description was very misleading. Also there were no instructions included. I would not recommend this product.

Packaging was smashed when going through the mail, product spilled a little in transit. But as far as the product goes I really like it, there will be some learning curve and I highly recommend watching some youtube videos on application.
First time was a flop.....second time I got the hang of it and they look good! Just takes some practice to get it right. I like the pink and red colors, but the dark brown- I will probably never wear. Wish they had a better color than the brown. Other than that it was worth the money
