This was supposed to be a gift but it is so scratched up we will not give it as a gift. I'm dye the brush actually works fine but it looks like is been used for years. Very disappointed in waiting that long and we can't use it.

I never received the product. Said it was delivered but it certainly was not and I reached out and have yet to hear back!

I am giving a 2 star rating because the gift box that holds the brush and towel is damaged upon receipt. I am still waiting to hear back if an exchange is possible since this is meant to be a gift

Item arrived damaged and missing the bracelet, can't get ahold of anyone for a replacement..not good! No one answers or calls you back when message is left..poor customer service.

Only received part of my order, I have tried to contact the shop multiple times and they won’t respond.

Brush & comb are fine, but the microfiber towel is very difficult to use. The loop that holds the twisted part of the towel is VERY small and hard to maneuver, especially when you can't see what you are doing. I bought the premium-version of this set and the loop is made of elastic and easy to use. Very disappointing that this towel isn't made with the same loop... Without that loop being made more accessible, the towel is virtually unusable.

Shipped quickly and just as described! I was aware of what I was ordering, but do know you are not ordering a full size brush, but a mini size. It is so cute and festive!
