Buyer Beware! I purchased a bundle of Hempz shampoo and conditioner for $39.99 and only received the shampoo. To remediate the issue, I sent 2 emails and called Face and Body Shoppe customer service. The emails have gone unanswered and after waiting on hold for customer service for 5 minutes, a voicemail answers for you to leave a message of which I have yet to receive a callback.
