Have not received item. I ordered once before from Jane at beginning of Covid-19 and also had a very delayed delivery. Jane, however, was kind enough to rectify problem to my advantage. As long as delivery this time is a few days before Christmas, I am fine. I gave only one star as I have not received the item but this is probably not a vendor problem but one of the shipper. I would like to change rating, probably to four or five stars and give a positive recommendation, per above statement when received. Thank you.

Works like a charm. Two happy grand daughters with long thick hair. It's much less "traumatic" to get ready for school.

It looks cute, but the box it came in was ripped in 3 places. The package it came in was fine, so I assume they chose to send it in a ripped box.
