It took a while to receive the item. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. There was no tracking info or anything. I sent emails and got zero response. My daughter did like the brush when it got here

This brush works very well to brush through tangles in my 4 yr old daughter’s hair. No more tears!

Best brush ever and the case is so convenient for traveling as I do a lot of. I've also bought several as gifts too.
