Stone fell out just hours after wearing it. Emailed company...no reply.

The bracelets started unraveling after 2 days of wear… the company replaced them without issue however the new ones have also fallen apart and the oaks have been fallen out. Not worth the price.

Opal broke in less than a week of receiving Bracelet.

I can’t make the bracelet larger. I’ve contacted the seller many times and have not gotten an answer back. Bracelet is pretty but can’t adjust size as it says you can.

I try to contact the seller, who.never got back to me!! These bracelets are made for a child at most more like a baby there is no way they would fit even a small woman!! Very disappointed and way over priced!!!

Purchased 3 bracelets and only received one. Most expensive bracelet ever😅 contacted the seller waiting for a response after a week. Probably just going to get a refund at this point.

Very…very small. Almost like a child’s bracelet.

The brackets are way to small for my hands. I am unable to wear them. It didn't meet my expectations.

Rec’d the Opal bracelet…. Damaged…not able to wear or give as gift. (Poorly made?) Terrible time trying to get the item replaced and still trying to get refund…over 3 weeks in…

I have worn the bracelet a couple weeks off and on and it has already came apart. Very poor quality and I would not recommend. I am very disappointed and would like to have my money back.

This product broke within the first day of my daughter wearing it and I have had no reply from the seller to my emails

This was ordered in December as a Christmas gift. Opened the gift in January. The second time I wore it, it broke/unraveled. I contacted Jane.com and was told that they would not do anything since it was past the ONE MONTH return time. After I requested, the rep said she'd contact the seller, but I have yet to hear anything back from either Jane or the seller. I have contacted the seller, EvelynCreations LLC multiple times regarding the poor quality of the bracelet and requested a refund (I'm happy to send the broken bracelet back) with no response whatsoever.

Nothing like the picture. Picture shows a bright shinny substantial bracelet. What came was a very small not shinning beads bracelet for a kindergarten/grade schooler.

The stone in the center does not lay flat

Pretty. Not as brilliant as in the pictures. Ive only had it for a few weeks and the metal is already tarnishing. Pretty disappointed

Just realized I never received my order. 😒 not sure what happened but probably too late to fix. Bummer.

Thought the stones would be a little bigger

I really wanted to like this bracelet however it is twisted from they way they beaded it and it does not lay flat on your wrist. The actual center stone is cheap and clearly not close to an opal. The other beads are much brighter and cheap looking also. Very disappointed.

I wore this bracelet twice and it is falling apart. I'm really bummed.
