Hello,Dear Thanks for the message and sorry for not getting back to you sooner Actually, it is easy and simple to adjust the size through the two "tails" .Just pull the string or beads. Sometimes it will be a little bit hard to pull it but no worries, it will not break, Just loosen or tighten it through the two tails and then put your wrist into the hole to tie it .It even fits 8.5inches of wrist. Hope you can figure it out asap. Evelyn

This was ordered in December as a Christmas gift. Opened the gift in January. The second time I wore it, it broke/unraveled. I contacted Jane.com and was told that they would not do anything since it was past the ONE MONTH return time. After I requested, the rep said she'd contact the seller, but I have yet to hear anything back from either Jane or the seller. I have contacted the seller, EvelynCreations LLC multiple times regarding the poor quality of the bracelet and requested a refund (I'm happy to send the broken bracelet back) with no response whatsoever.
