Hello,Dear Thanks for the message and sorry for not getting back to you sooner Actually, it is easy and simple to adjust the size through the two "tails" .Just pull the string or beads. Sometimes it will be a little bit hard to pull it but no worries, it will not break, Just loosen or tighten it through the two tails and then put your wrist into the hole to tie it .Hope you can figure it out asap.
