A great gift for my daughter.

We waited almost two months for this item to come in I understand there were issues with shipped and customs but the only reason I know this is because I reached out to the seller There was no communication from them until I reached out The item itself is cute and engraved as we asked It's lighter weight than I expected

Never received my item. Was told countless times it was coming and that was clearly a blatant lie. 10/10 would not recommend this seller. Wish I could leave less than 1 star.

I ordered this product in mid-may and it was advertised as a Father’s Day gift. Finally, the Thursday before Fathers Day i emailed asking if there was an error with the tracking because it still said pre-shipment and the company responded saying that due to Covid-related issues the scoops wouldn’t make it for Father’s Day. They offered me a discount on my next purchase and said i could either wait for it to come or just be refunded. I totally understand everything on planet Earth has been delayed by Covid but it was odd to me that i had to initiate an email to find that out. Fast forward a month later and i send another email wondering if there is any update on the status of the item and they email back saying that they did receive them and shipped them out and to check the tracking info. I just got the ice cream scoop today and there is a big gash in what appears to be the finishing coat right where the indent is to scoop the ice cream, which doesn’t even make sense because that couldn’t happen during shipping because it is protected by the rest of the scoop itself. So out of the package, it looks somewhat hashed (I took a picture but don’t see a spot to attach it here) and this is literally after two months of waiting and having to initiate any and all contact with the seller. Pretty disappointing experience.

I placed this order in May and did not receive it until July, like many others, and it was advertised as a Father's Day product. I will say the company was good about communicating with me and was usually quick to reply to my questions about the wait time. The scoop also did not say what I was expecting. I selected the "Dad's Ice Cream Scoop" but was required to put a line in for personalization, so I did thinking it would have both "Dad's Ice Cream Scoop" and the line I put in on it, but it only came with one. The scoop seems to be good quality, however. I just wish it would've said "Dad's Ice Cream Scoop" and would have made it here on time for Father's Day.

This is a great koozie! My boyfriend loved it! It keeps his drinks cool on hot days. He's gotten tons of compliments on it. I wish I had chosen navy instead of gray on gray. But that was my fault.

I ordered this ice cream scoop as a Father’s Day gift on May 19. I finally received the scoop on July 17, one month after Father’s Day. The scoop is cute, but I would not recommend this company due to shipping.

The package arrived four weeks late than expected. I ordered in May and received the package end of July. The product also had a chip on the end.
