Item ordered May 19, and was guaranteed to make it by Fathers Day. Its July 2 and still hasnt arrived. Have attempted to get tracking from the seller 3 times and each time was told it would arrive within the week.

Perfect Father’s Day gift.
I ended up canceling the order due to it not arriving or being shipped in time for Fathers Day. They explained that they were having issues filling orders due to COVID-19. The customer service was exceptional! They responded to my emails every time and canceled my order with no questions asked. I would definitely order from them again.
Never received the scoop. Ordered it in May.
My husband loves it
I ordered this in May for Fathers Day. I have been patient with them due to COVID but it has been two months and I still have not received my order. They also changed my credit card! Terrible customer service and communication. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Not as nice as I thought it would be, but it works.
I ordered this at the beginning of May for a Father’s Day grift. As of today, July 7, still haven’t received it. They sure do have my money though.

Still haven’t received. I would absolutely not buy from them again. They need to refund everyone’s money and work on their communication to their customers.
Ordered this scoop on May 28th, it was supposed to ship by June 12th. I reached out to Etchy on June 18th to get a status update. Their response was there was an issue with the manufacturer of the scoops and they didn’t get full stock but hoped to ship by the 21st. I emailed Etchy again on July 8th to get an update and I haven’t heard anything back. I can’t rate the actual product since I haven’t received it but their customer service isn’t very good. In my opinion, the Etchy team should be proactively letting me know what is happening with my order.
