I have yet to get the product.. ordered it almost a month ago.
Ordered May 18, still not shipped by June 23rd. Attempting to cancel the order...
This was a Father's Day gift and my husband loved it.
Ordered this product well over a month ago for FATHERS DAY and it still hasn’t even shipped. Real embarrassing to go to Father’s Day and not have the gift for your father in law. I expect to still receive my product and it be done CORRECTLY since I told my FIL he has something ordered but I DEMAND a refund for this product. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service.
Wonderful! The kids and I picked four and personalized one of these for my husband for Fathers Day. It came out so beautiful. It is engraved into the cup itself so it’ll last forever. It is recommend hand wash only which is normal and not a problem. This was an amazing gift that made Father’s Day extra special! It is high quality and beautiful!
I had to update my review with that I contacted Jane directly, not the seller, and requested a refund. I got a response back quickly and was refunded within a day! Great customer service on Jane’s part. I’m with the majority here that it was ordered early for Father’s Day and it has yet to come, let alone say that it’s been shipped. Lesson learned here that we can’t trust a “guaranteed in time” during a pandemic, and hopefully the company has learned a lesson too on customer service.

I am with everyone else. I ordered this product nearly a month ago and it it hasn't shipped yet.
I never received my item- even after emailing when my item hadn’t shipped by the shipment date. It’s a week after Father’s Day and I still don’t have my gift for my dad.
This was the perfect Father’s Day gift! The etching was perfect. Shipping did take a while. So, plan accordingly.
Did not get the item I ordered. It did not have the correct words on it. Took almost a month to get it.
Etchey blamed their shipping delay on COVID. While this could be the case, either don’t offer the deal to the mass amount of shoppers on Jane or update your customers. I finally gave up & Jane refunded my order.
