Personalization was misspelled. :(

Took a VERY long time to arrive. Packaging did not protect it and it arrived shattered with pieces missing.

Got this for my daughter and she loved it!

Never received product. Sent email to seller and never received a response!

This is not what it appears in the picture. Quality is low. It appears much more black and pink. Letter printing of the name is smaller than it appears in the picture. Very disappointed.

I ordered this for one of my best friends and when I received he package it did not have the wooden stand to come with it. I have tried many times to contact someone and get the stand but I have received no help. I would love to have been able to leave a better review but sadly the item cannot serve its purpose without the wooden stand to come with it.

Etching didn't even completely go through the wood, it looks spotty. Name isn't centered and name wasn't capitalized even though I specified it to be. Shipping label printed but didn't ship until days after it was estimated to be here once I got Jane involved, then they shipped it. No response from company for the poor quality. Not happy with my purchase and definitely would not recommend.

The light is ok. I wish the clear part was attached to the base and it is not.

Not as thick as I thought it would be! The colors look good. Bought as Christmas gifts for granddaughters!

Extremely cheap. Scuffed up plastic. Etching goes off the edge. Color peeling. Just junk! Not even sure it will be strong enough to work in cart
