Waited FOREVER for this to arrive, only for it to have visible scratched all over the front of the acrylic. This was supposed to be a gift for a friend's child; I would be embarrassed gifting it to them in this condition. Idea is wonderful, execution and shipping extremely poor.

The etching is fantastic. It took a bit of time to get to me, but that is expected this time of year. The glass was smudgy and dirty though. I would have expected the glass to be free from finger smudges and dirt when shipped.

Once I went to take the glasses out of the box 1 was shattered and the box had a gash in the side. Glasses were left in box for a present and didnt know one was shattered until the gift was opened.
