Received product, names were correct but initials were those on the sample not the ones for the names I submitted I sent email to seller hoping they would help with rectifying the mistake Seller contacted me today and is sending out corrected item I am pleased with response from the seller and excited to receive the intended item.. Update... correct item was promised to be delivered in time for Valentine's Day Never received and never got any other further communication from this seller Do not recommend Extremely disappointed ,

Love the glass but it was a gift and emailed the day after I ordered and was told I coukd change one name- no problem! Get it and it was not changed. Emailed for a replacement but no reply!
