Best Christmas gift!

I originally received the wrong item but they corrected the issue and still got it here before Christmas. So anytime a company works to fix an issue, I am on board! Great customer service. We ordered the cactus bracelet holder and it was too cute. My daughter loved it!

The aluminum pans these came with are dented and the lids will barely fit because of the dents. They also did not finish the personalization on one of the lids, instead of saying James's Meat the lid just says James. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts but I'm a little to embarrassed to hand them out due to the poor quality. There weren't cheap to just be an aluminum pan. I will say the lids are nice but to bad my personalization is incorrect. I will be contacting the seller.

I was disappointed to open the package and find that the item was damaged. The aluminum pan was severely dented on the one side. It is caved in so much that the lid does not fit the pan. The packaging it arrived in was intact. So it does not seem like the damage occurred during shipping. I reached out to seller to see about a replacement or refund but have not heard back yet.

I ordered the light blue top and the contrasting color was so light you could hardly read. Also the pan was damaged in shipment, which was the fault of the shipping company not the vendor. I will say that the Vendor that sold me the pan was very accommodating and is sending me a new pan. That says everything in this world to me. Thank you! I will send another review when I receive the second pan.

The quality of the pan itself is as expected, but the phrase on the lid is illegible I ordered the blue color, and in the photo advertised the font appears to be a dark grey color, but in reality it is VERY light silver Up against the blue you cannot see the text unless you hold it at just the right angle in the light Had I known that it would actually look like this I would not have ordered this item in blue. I've tried to contact the seller but have gotten no response to remedy the issue.

I made in error in my personalization and it was not caught by myself or the company. (Bakery was misspelled) In order to replace it I would have had to purchase an entirely new pan. They offered a small discount but with shipping costs it was not worth the cost. Extremely disappointed. Shop local. The customer care you receive is worth it.

I ordered it to say something with a name and the name only came engraved on it. I emailed the seller so I am waiting to hear from them. It is a nice product.

I was disappointed in how light the writing was on the light blue lid. According to picture, it appears dark grey but it was actually a very light grey. Hard to read unless holding it close. Quality of pan seemed cheap.

Love the item, but the pan was dented in several places upon arrival and the lid doesn't fit securely due to the dents. Will have to exchange for a replacement pan.
