Got my order wrong !
The personalized part of this wasn't even personalized.
The engraving is not the same throughout. They missed sections, I now have to take a brown marker and fill it in.
The signs are cute however did not arrive before Mother’s Day.. also, I emailed customer service (the same day I ordered) regarding ordering the wrong postcard. They responded that they would fix the order and ship the correct one. Sadly, I received the original one ordered, not the “corrected” one that they told me they would ship. When I emailed (twice) to have the error fixed there was no response from the seller either time. Just disappointing as they originally told me they would fix the order.
I was disappointed that the staining for the etched words wasn't done well. It made it hard to read some words and just look kinda cheap.
My name was misspelled!
It was a okay purchase over all.
The back of the postcard is splintered pretty bad. Front is fine. The floral print is hard to see for some reason. It’s a cute idea, just don’t 100% love it.
It was ok. Nothing spectacular.
