I placed an order for 2 bookmarks and immediately sent a message cause I needed to change one of them. They emailed me back and said no problem they would take care of it. I got my order in and not only was it not changed but the original order wasn’t even correct when I got it! I have emailed them again to see if we can get this fixed but haven't gotten a response yet. Edit: after 2 emails they finally got back to me and are making it right. Which is greatly appreciated! I do want to say the quality of the bookmarks are amazing and they turned out great.

Came scratched When I contacted the company, the sent me another one but that one was scratched as well

Very nice but it was supposed to have the name and established in 1987 and it only had the name. So I'm a bit displeased with that, but it's a nice product. Just wish it would have come the way I ordered it.
