This item turned out perfect, absolutely wonderful awesome quality
The ordering process was confusing. I picked a "Script" and the added my personalization thinking that it would be done in that certain font. So now I have a mug that says 'dad' that I did not want.
Perfect gift to give along with a coffee shop gift card tucked inside! Personalization turned out great!
So I was super excited about this product as a Christmas gift for my dad. However when I received it, the stainless steel cup has several scratches all over it. They are very prominent and look horrible. Disappointed in the quality of this product.
