Perfect Father's Day gift! He loved it!

The cup itself is a great product. I ordered the Holloway cup. Gave them the last name to put on it. Spelt last name right but left the “H” in the initial place instead of changing it to a “B” to match the last name.

Product itself was great quality, but the personalized scripting was not what was ordered. It said on the shipping label/order receipt to say "you're the best" but happy father's day was used instead. Took several weeks to arrive, so there isn't time to get it redone.

Color is not at all what I expected. Turned out out red, thought it was maroon .

The product itself was good. However I found this on the Father’s Day promotion on this app, and I ordered on June 1st and it wasn’t showing that it would be here until 6/22. (Father’s Day was 6/21) when I messaged the seller about if it would be here before Father’s Day, the answer was “it is showing to be delivered on 6/22 this was not advertised to be delivered by Father’s Day” which was annoying because it was apart of that promotion on the app. So I’m not sure if that’s the sellers fault or Janes fault. Either way luckily it was delivered the day before Father’s Day. But just annoyed at the response and the fact I wouldn’t have bought if was not sure it would be here in time for Father’s Day.

I like the color and engraving and size but doesn't keep very hot as long as my other cups

I am somewhat satisfied with the personalized mug I ordered as a gift. Unlike other reviewers, I experienced a long wait time for shipping. The lettering on the mug was small -maybe needed adjustment from other longer words for other orders. Would not order again.

Shipping took forever

The word order was changed without consulting with me first. The mug is cute however I would have done something different had I known it would be changed.

Shipping took a long time, but the cup is super cute!
