I love my new personalized book sign for my classroom! It looks amazing!

This is a small board that is maybe painted black, not an actual chalkboard, and the paint isn’t smooth but has bubbles along the edges. The clips are held on with brads that aren’t very secure, so the pencils aren’t able to stay level and are tricky to clip. But my biggest problem is the smell….it seems like when the board was cut it was burned? The whole thing smells like a campfire! There are also burn marks all along the (white) back of the board. The engraving is nice (even though I didn’t get the words I actually requested) but overall this is not a professionally made product. Just a heads up if you’re expecting better quality.

It’s very cute and the style and name are exactly what I requested, however the holes are slightly too small to fit my many of my daughter’s earrings, which are standard size posts.

Completely nothing like the photograph. What i recieved is all wood with no color. 2 messages to seller and 2 to Jane with no resolution

If you have a problem with shipping, defect etc. do not expect an answer in return to any thing you have sent them. I reached out immediately after I placed the order when I realized that the shipping address was my old address (I had not ordered from this website in a long time) and never got a response. I sent multiple messages and since they do not have a telephone number I was unable to fix my order and it was shipped to my old home so I am out now the cost of this product.  as of today I still have yet to hear back from this company.

I have not yet received the item. When I try to contact the seller, I could not because the email address is invalid.

Wouldn’t know quality of item because it was not shipped when it said it would be upon ordering. Wasn’t shipped until I inquired about the item purchased. Update…order arrived a week late and the etching is on the wrong side! No response from seller. I’ve been trying to reach this seller for over 2 weeks…they will not respond!
