Great quality!

So the actual item is adorable. It works well, the colors are vibrant and the quality is great, but we had a couple issues. First, our son's name has an "x" in it and it doesn't look like an "X" is looks like two "x's" overlapping each other. From far away it looks normal, but upclose it is weird. Not sure who to write to about it. Also, there is no PLUG, it is just a charging cable that plugs into an adapter, but there is no adapter. We were able to plug it into an apple micro usb, but those devices are often already in use in our house, so we will have to go out and purchase an adapter now as well. We love it, but it came with some oddities.

The holes weren't drilled all the way through. While trying to put the earrings on it I broke some of them. I also don't like the way it attaches to the wood.

Very cute, but did not realize it did not have the plug with it.

I love everything about this product and the idea behind it, but I got one for a baby shower gift, and when I took it out of the box to test it, there were little scratches all over it that are very apparent when it is lit up.

This is a really cute light and idea but because of the material of the personalized clear part, SCRATCHES were already on the product, shipped and are VERY easy to add more. Also it gets finger prints on it very easily, not easily removed.
