Update: my product was replaced and I am pleased with the outcome. My item showed up today and it was broken. Unable to file for a return because it’s a custom product.

Great product! My daughter loves it! It's a little wobbly though, the acrylic pieces doesn't fit tight into the wooden base.

It is so gorgeous! Only thing I would change is if the piece fit tighter into the stand. Other than that its perfect!

I have now ordered both the wood and plastic options. Both were good quality, but I must say, I do prefer the plastic option more. Thanks!

Cannot for the life of me get the brown sticker off of the back, but otherwise they’re great. All of the personalization was correct as well.

I didn't read the dimensions properly, and expected it to be bigger. Other than that, it's exactly what I expected.

Would be great, but part of the etching is missing from the name. This is a gift for Christmas and I am very disappointed. If it was for myself, I would probably keep it, but I do not want to give out a bad gift. Reached out to the company and have not yet heard back. Update: seller got back to me and is shipping out a new item for me. Very nice & will hopefully still get it by the holidays!

Product was cute, but the first letter of my daughters name wasn’t capitalized.

I was surprised the 2 pieces were not glued together, but I love it.
