Amazing quality! Really loved for both of my girls

My son loves his cup and the cups are really cute, but they already have rust spots on the metal screw top edge after only using them a couple weeks. Also, my daughters engraving is missing the bottom of the letter ‘c’ in princess.

The word order was changed without consulting with me first. The mug is cute however I would have done something different had I known it would be changed.

Honestly one of the best companies I’ve ever received a personalized item from. One mug came broken and they sent a brand new one out to me. The seller is very polite and the quality etching is amazing! So beautifully done. Highly recommend this company for anything.. will definitely be purchasing xmas gifts through them.

Wood is very thin and flimsy. Shape not uniform on both sides.
