First just let me say this mug is amazing! So there was some confusion with my order and I received the wrong mug and personalized name. I immediately contacted the seller and informed them of the mix up. I am so impressed with how it was handled. They worked so quickly to fix the error and I had my correct order within a few days. Amazing customer service. The mug is a great quality and it looks very nice. I would order again.
