I’m torn wether to leave this review but after much thought I hope this provides insight to future customers so they don’t make the mistake I made. After receiving the item I contacted the seller to let them know that what I received was not as expected. I ordered the “Stay At Home Dog Mom” option. I also had it engraved with the name of a friend. I don’t believe there were any instructions noted anywhere in the “Fine Print” or anywhere else for that matter that I would need to specifically write “Stay At Home Dog Mom” when I specifically selected that option from the drop down menu. It seems as though one would safely assume that if you chose the selection from the drop down menu for styles “Stay At Home Dog Mom” that would be automatically imprinted on the item. Otherwise what other unique qualities does it have as you also selected the shape you wanted. You know what they say about assuming. Although I reached out to the company to explain how I might be confused, it was basically relayed to me that it was an error on my part I clearly didn’t understand what I was selecting(cause yeah why would I pick “Stay At Home Dog Mom” if I would have thought I needed to also write it down to have it etched on the item). I was offered to split the cost of a new piece. That’s ok I can’t really even be sure what I’m getting. There’s no way I’m giving this as a gift as I intended as it looks silly and underwhelming as received. I didn’t even pick fancy font for the name I wanted etched as I thought there would be other writing on it. Anyways regardless of if it was my stupidity or lack or explanation on the sellers part it was handled poorly when I reached out afterwards and I see zero changes made to provide clearer instructions. Super disappointed as I wanted to order this cute little jewelry organizer with custom etching but I have zero confidence in what I’m getting. Not worth the risk of spending my money.

The hangers were never personalized. It just says the months but not his name.

Snapped in half the first time I took it out of the package. It was cute though. Would have liked to use it.

Cute as a keychain as well as functional.

The “color” to them is just a sticker on one side of the clear keychain. With that adhesive on, it won’t fit into the buggy slot for the quarters. The adhesive color on my tore up at the first try. I removed the gold sticker on the back (so now it’s clear) and it works great.

This sign is so stinking cute. Will buy from the buyer again!

Super fun gift

I received mine and they do not work in the aldi carts I ordered them for. I also was not allowed to return these! I definitely will be passing the word on to not order these!
