Nothing works. Pieces of the set don’t even work. This was the worst purchase I have ever made.

They are pretty and nice and warm. I just wish they were a little higher.

It is a gift for Christmas again and don’t know the first question answer till after Christmas

The top is cute, and I liked the fabric and weight of the item. I ordered a Medium--my normal size--and it was HUGE. I contacted the seller who immediately sent me a Small to replace it. The Small was even larger than the Medium! I was truly disappointed but decided to give up and request a refund. The seller promptly refunded my money. While I can't recommend the product due to the sizing issue, I DO recommend the seller for their great customer service.

The black set and the gold set are two totally different sets. The black has far more tools in it.

I usually wear a L or XL, ordered an XL, but it was cut more like a medium. The seller was easy to work with on a refund.

I love the idea of all tools in one place. The color of the collection is really beautiful. Shipping was amazingly fast! However, the cuticle nippers are not useable as they get stuck and do not function properly. I contacted the seller and they provided a quick response and got a replacement to me ASAP. Unfortunately, the nippers were the same. I would recommend this product but I’d buy my own nippers to add to the collection.

Bought for husband because I was sick of him using mine. He loves it!
