Perfect Tunics
I contacted the seller a week after receiving a tracking #, but no info on where the order was. They were quick to respond and get my items shipped. I ordered 2 size small perfect tunics. One of them fit great, and the other was about 3 sizes too large (but still had a size small tag). When I reached back out to the company, they offered to return or exchange, at my expense. It took multiple emails back and forth before they just refunded my money for the defective shirt. I was disappointed when that they were going to require that I pay more money to solve the problem, rather than standing behind their product. I appreciate that they eventually made it right, but it’s not worth my time or money to make another purchase from this vendor.
