Such a funny design. I can’t wait till my boyfriend and I wear it to Christmas Eve with his family! Great price for two shirts too!

Never received. Emailed the customer service email listed and got a response after a few days, was told they would send it to my correct address since there was a mistake on jane’s end. Jane customer service also emailed to try and correct the issue before it shipped out. Weeks later I emailed asking where the shirts were and they sent them to a wrong address and will no longer respond to emails. I just wish I got some response back, even if it’s to say figure out the solution with the Jane customer service staff. I was very excited about these shirts but now am cutting my loses and ordering from another company on Etsy instead to get the product by Christmas.

* Update: I ordered a New Year sweatshirt on Dec. 17 which was shipped’ on Dec. 19 from this same seller. I reached out to ensure it would arrive by 31st and was told it would be. It was not. The tracking is still not updated and no item. I reached out 2 times to seller and nothing. I have since requested a refund. Very disappointed. A little disappointed, however is still cute. The font was not what was pictured in photograph. I thought it would be more grey “worn” look, but was bright black. The sizing also ran much bigger than anticipated. Shipping was a bit slow. Shipped out a with no tracking updates for 2 weeks until I contacted the seller and then package arrived 3 days later.

I can’t speak to the shirts themselves as I never got them. I contacted the seller in regards to my items being mis-delivered. I got an initial response saying they would be resent. Then they were never sent. I contacted them twice again via email without response. I’m now dealing with trying to to get a second order with them canceled and get refunds.

I get compliments every time I wear this shirt! The sweatshirt is soft and cozy and the lettering is not stiff. This is a great version of spirit wear!

These are so funny, but run small and did not wash well.

Poor customer service. First shipment was “lost” even though the tracking number showed the shipping facility never received it to begin with. After emailing the seller to let them know they said they’d send another one out ASAP. I asked to get the tracking number to the new packages and then never got a response. I had to email Jane customer service to get them to help me get a refund. Once Jane contacted the seller directly I had a new tracking number within 24 hours.

I ordered 2 shirts and they were lost in the mail. The seller was super responsive and shipped another 2 out right away. But they are not soft at all. They were super wrinkly right out of the dryer and very stiff. I was hoping they would be the soft Bella type of shirt.

The sizing is way off. Ordered a small. My daughter always wears a small, I always wear a large. It is too big for my size L body. And it’s not what I expected. The sweatshirt is not stylish. It is a Hanes sweatshirt with a wide collar and cuffs like what was made 50 years ago. Not the style young people want to wear now.
