Update: Elle & Emmy reached out regarding the issues with my order. While I’m disappointed that I didn’t get what I was hoping for, the company did their part by resolving the issue and that is very appreciated! Extremely disappointed. The design is so blurry it’s almost as if they copied and pasted/saved it to their system before printing it onto the shirt. It’s nowhere near as bright and colorful as it appears in the photoshopped image on the ad. The sweatshirt material is rough. The sweatshirt itself is very boxy and a weird fit. I’m normally a size M and ordered up a size as I usually do for sweatshirts, and the waistband is tight while the rest of the shirt is very oversized, and not in a cute way. I would honestly be embarrassed to wear it due to how blurry and terrible the printed design is.

Shirts are like cardboard. I wish you would put the t-shirt brand in the description. I washed a dried them they are still very stiff.

My sweatshirt had shipped, but after a few weeks had never arrived. After contacting them, they said it definitely should have been there by then. They apologized and immediately shipped out another sweatshirt. Their customer service was wonderful! I completely understand that things happen in shipping that are out of their control, and I so appreciate their quick response!! The quality of the sweatshirt is great, however, the color DOES NOT match the description. I chose dark blue, but it is definitely not a dark blue…it’s a bright greenish teal color. I can’t wear it to my son’s games because the color is completely off from our school colors. It is very disappointing because I spent $37 on a sweatshirt that I can’t wear to the games, which was the purpose of my purchasing it.

I didn’t get the sweatshirt that I ordered. :( I reached out to the seller, so I’m hoping to hear back soon. To add: They issued a full refund, and got back to me very fast!

So disappointed!! The image is dull & blurry, rough as if it was printed and ironed on in my basement. Would not reccomend purchasing at this price point. Even if I wouldve seen the item in a store at $9.99, I may have thought twice before purchasing, bummed!!

For something that will only be worn once a year, it’s okay. It’s heat press and not screen print. It’s very stiff and some edges are already lifted.

Terrible customer service. Did not respond to concerns and did not ship until I questioned the order.

Update: the seller has contacted me and issued a refund and let me keep the item free of charge. They were apologetic and corrected the error. Received the wrong graphic. Attempted to email the company and contact Jane. I have yet to hear back and is been over a week and a half. The shirt is good quality but not what I ordered.

Sent the wrong item even though the order and packing slip was correct. Took payment and have not responded to 3 emails about the error.
