Didn’t receive full order. Contacted Jane.com and seller and other than initial response email, I haven’t heard back from anyone!

It showed up like it had already been shipped, but it had not. About Ten days after it was suppose to be shipped, i messaged the seller and they refunded me prior to contacting me. They said they would send some earrings from AE for free since I didn’t receive my product. I did not receive this product either. Just looks bad on their end.

It was a gift and she loved it! Great quality!

Love the quality! The shirt is a great weight and has a nice soft feel.

This tank is cute, material seems high quality and the cut is nice. I felt like it ran a bit small though, not as flowy as I had hoped. I wish I had sized up.

Love these shirts, they do shrink upon washing, so I ordered a size up, and it's perfect after one was. Soft and cute, good quality. One of the better jane purchases.

Places my order over a month in advance of a trip. Waited until two days after ship by date before contacting seller with no answer. Waited another three days before contacting seller again with no answer after informing them I was needing this shirt for a trip and if it wasn’t able to be shipped I would need a refund. Three days later received an answer that it was shipped and shipping info would be updated to track. Info was not updated and trip is tomorrow and no shirt. Very disappointed with this seller. Have ordered many things through the app with no issues.

True to size, print is fantastic and exactly like the picture! Wore it today and got several compliments! Couldn’t be happier!

I ordered this bag on March 31st. I have yet to receive it and today is May 4th!!!! Judging by the other comments, I’d just rather get a refund than receive a poor quality bag anyway.

I ordered matching teal tanks for my daughter and I. They arrived later than expected, but I ordered early so I was not in a rush to get them. They are super cute and exactly as described.
